These are cultured, farm-grown trees just like a crop of flowers, only it takes longer to grow. Seeds are started in nurseries for about two years before they are moved to the plantation and, in the case of the Noble Fir, it will take an average of 11 years from the planting of the seed to harvest. These trees do not come from the forest. As a matter of fact, the seed stock, genetics and culturing of these trees would make them a very poor choice for timber because Christmas trees are grown for profuse and full foliage and timber trees are grown for wood. Timber trees have light foliage and are grown fast for a sizable trunk. Each Christmas tree is individually tended and cultured many times each year. Our workers are very skilled and have learned the art of culturing these special trees over many years. The trees and farms are inspected by the Oregon Department of Agriculture to ensure the trees are healthy and do not carry unwanted pests or disease. Each tree shipped carries our special permit number so you can be confident in the tree you receive.

To further enhance the freshness we have a specially designed wax-lined box that prevents the loss of moisture.

Your tree shows up at your door neatly packaged so you can move it into your house and place it where you want with ease. Each tree is run through our special process to ensure it is as free of loose debris so there's no mess in your home. Set up is easy-- cut off the bottom and top of the box, place it in the tree stand and cut the box top to bottom and you are done. Instructions for setup are included with the tree.
