Shipping Info and Costs
Several factors will contribute to the cost of shipping your tree. The size of the tree and the distance it needs to be shipped are the primary factors. We ship all our trees UPS. All trees, as well as wreaths, and other items are shipped as standard UPS packages.
It is important to note that Coyote Hills Tree Farm is not responsible for shipping or routing errors as well as shipping damage. We will provide a tracking number for your convenience and assistance. If a package arrives damaged, this must be reported to UPS immediately. In most cases, UPS will authorized the shipment of replacement product immediately.
Packaging
It is very important to you and to us that your tree arrive in the best of condition! To that end, we use extra heavy boxes that are moisture sealed for freshness and protection. The trees are locked in place in the box so that no damage can occur to the tree top from the tree shifting or sliding. All our shipments are made via UPS ground.

Days in Transit (Standard Shipping)
Estimated number of transit days for standard shipping can be viewed on the map below. You can use this to determine the best date to have your tree shipped. Remember not to count weekends and holidays. Also consider the 24 hours from the time we get your order and the time your tree is shipped.
